Before you order
Is the fit really oversized? Should I take my usual size?
Yes — the cut is oversized with dropped shoulders and wide sleeves. Take your usual size for the intended look. Want it roomier? Size up. Want it closer to the body? Size down. Between two sizes, message us on WhatsApp with your height and weight.
Will it shrink after washing?
It's 100% cotton, and any cotton can shrink slightly in hot water or a dryer. Wash cold at 30° and air dry, and it holds its size.
Will the print crack over time?
Wash it inside out, and avoid bleach, ironing directly on the print, and high-heat drying. Those three decide how long the print lasts.
When will my order arrive?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and delivery within Saudi Arabia takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your city and courier. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Can I exchange the size if it doesn't fit?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed and still has its original tags. Email info@novusbrand.com with your order number and we'll arrange it.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders of 199 SAR or more within Saudi Arabia. Below that, express delivery is 22 SAR, and you see the cost clearly before you pay.
